Who We Are

My name is Adam Kaylor, founder of Stealth Werks and a United States Marine Corps veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

After my service, I lived with the effects of PTSD and TBI. Like many veterans, I struggled to maintain focus, routine, and balance in everyday life.

Everything changed when I discovered sim racing.

The concentration and immersion it demanded helped me regain focus. Driving provided structure, purpose, and an outlet unlike anything else I had found.

That experience became the foundation for Stealth Werks.

I experienced firsthand how immersive simulation can provide meaningful support in recovery, and that understanding continues to guide everything we do.

Our Story

Stealth Werks was founded in June 2025 on a simple belief:

If sim racing could help one veteran regain focus and stability, it could help others too.

Since then, Stealth Werks has grown into a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to delivering immersive sim racing experiences to veterans in need.

What began as one veteran’s personal outlet has grown into a mission to serve others through the same sense of focus, structure, and purpose.

Focus. Drive. Recover.
