Who we are
"Sim racing gave me back the focus and structure I lost after my service. That's what we're building for other veterans now."
Adam Kaylor is the founder of Stealth Werks and a United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning home, he experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to hold onto focus, routine, and a sense of purpose.
Sim racing became more than a hobby. The concentration it demanded created a place where everything else could quiet down for a while. Braking points, traffic, strategy, the next corner. For those moments, there was only the task in front of him.
That experience became the foundation for Stealth Werks.
Founded in 2025, Stealth Werks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around one simple idea: “If sim racing could give me that kind of focus and outlet, maybe it could do the same for other veterans.”
Today, Stealth Werks is raising funds, building complete simulator systems, and working toward placing those systems directly into the homes of veterans living with PTSD and TBI, at no cost to them.

We handle every step, from sourcing the equipment to delivery, installation, and setup in the veteran’s home. Each system is built around the individual, their space, and the kind of racing that interests them, whether that’s dirt oval, road racing, rally, Formula cars, or endurance racing.
